Maison Accoceberry, founded in 1959 in Espelette, offers culinary products from the Basque Country on a short distribution circuit, and promotes one of the riches of Basque culture: gastronomy. Our vision is to offer you traditional, gourmet Basque products!
Originally a butcher/charcutier, over the years the company has expanded its product range to include ready-cooked meals, preserves, cured meats and charcuterie from its drying facility in Espelette. The family business built up a solid reputation in the village and surrounding area, before gaining wider recognition throughout the Northern Basque Country and beyond.
