Originally a butcher/charcutier, over the years the company has expanded its product range to include ready-cooked meals, preserves, cured meats and charcuterie from its drying facility in Espelette. The family business built up a solid reputation in the village and surrounding area, before gaining wider recognition throughout the Northern Basque Country and beyond.
