SICOLY widens its range of frozen fruit insert with new innovative formats. On top of the frozen fruit plate inserts, specifically designed to fit in the standard 60 x 40 baking trays, you can also discover the new frozen disk inserts for individual cakes (60 mm) but also family-size frozen round inserts for family cakes (140 and 180 mm). Finally, the range counts with log inserts, ideal for roll cakes and Christmas desserts.
SICOLY frozen fruit plates come in 7 different flavours. Disks and log inserts come in 2 different flavours: raspberry (with pieces of fruits) and exotic (passion fruit and mango pieces).
SICOLY frozen fruit inserts are an innovative time-saving product for all gastronomy professionals, both crafstmen and industrials.
SICOLY frozen fruit inserts are used in the frozen state, directly out of the box. Packaging have been redesigned to eliminate plastic moulds for the bigger formats.
The recipes follow the same quality standards as the rest of our range with a very high fruit content (75% on average) and no colouring.
SICOLY uses pectin instead of gelatin for its recipe confering a unique texture to the fruit inserts, with a strong hold in the dessert while melting at tasting.
The use of pectin is also compatible with various food diets (vegetarians, etc.)
