Available in 6 or 10 trays 400x600, the ALCOR combi oven also accepts GN1/1 slides, thus increasing its capacity to 7 and 11 trays respectively. 115 recipes are already pre-recorded in the touch control to facilitate the use of the oven. These recipes can be modified and personalised as needed, as well as all of the other functions (cooking phases, timer, humidity level, ventilation speed, steam vent opening and steam injectio control, etc.) Several wash cycles are available to ensure perfect hygiene, no matter how dirty the cooking chamber is. The standard Alcor convection oven is available with a 10" touchscreen control or as an option with an electromechanical control pannel
