Cooperl FoodService and its cooperative farming brand Brocéliande Professionnel are launching the new Cooperl Environment Charter Ham - Superior quality - No rind or fat - 10 slices x 50g. With the exclusive “Cooperl Environment Charter” certification, recognised to be equivalent to level 2 Environmental Certification (= CE2), this product meets the legal requirements of EGalim art. 24. This charter respects the obligations defined by law: protection of biodiversity, plant protection strategy, fertilisation and water management. For farming, our commitments go even further! Our piglets are not castrated and our pigs grow without antibiotics from the end of weaning!
This superior ham, steamed for a pleasing aromatic note, can be used in multiple ways. It can be served as a starter or main course with baby vegetables, or in a sandwich. A product that is cheaper than its organic and Label Rouge counterparts. Pack of 500g in controlled atmosphere packaging, 10 half-moon slices x 50g perfectly suitable for institutional catering, 10 units, use-by date: 18 days.
