Some dates from our organic and fair trade Deglet Nour dates in Tunisia being too small or too dry to be consumed as they are, they are dried and then ground into fine powder: thus recovered, they offer an additional outlet to our partner producers. Naturally sweet, rich in fiber and a source of minerals, our date powder is a healthy and tasty alternative to powdered sugar. To taste in your yoghurts, white cheeses, muesli or to use in pastry.
