In the La Nyonsaise range of wines, two vintages of red wine are moving upmarket today by claiming the CdRV Nyons appellation:
-the conventional vintage Exuberance
-the organic Quintessence cuvée
The promise of nectar, with organic as a bonus, they perfectly reflect the typicality of the CdRV Nyons appellation.
The majority grape varieties that compose them remain Grenache Noir and Syrah. For Exuberance, 54% Syrah and 46% Grenache. For Quintessence BIO, 6% Syrah and 94% Grenache.
This 2020 vintage is ambitious and generous, with a launch in June 2021.
The 2 vintages are indeed the result of development and aging under marc, on fine lees, carried out according to the rules of the art.
The rigorous selection of the plots, the quality of the grapes, the mastery of winemaking, combined with the passion of the men and the know-how of the cooperative, make it possible to obtain high quality wines, worthy of the Nyons appellation.
At the aromatic level, power and freshness, with silky tannins and an elegant length in the mouth, make them remarkable and generous wines, with the promise of wines to keep.
And already medal-winning wines! The 2021 Orange Wine Competition rewards the taste quality of our vintages by awarding us 1 gold medal and 2 silver medals. The Wines Award of the Terre de Vins 2021 Magazine awarded a silver medal for the Cuvée Exubérance 2020.
