That's why AB Mauri has developed a whole range of gluten-free mixes and products* for bakers who want to offer gluten-free bread and pastries as good as wheat-based ones. AB Mauri's gluten-free products are manufactured on a dedicated line in the Netherlands. The gluten-free multigrains bread mix makes it possible to make an excellent tin bread, fluffy and rich in cereals and fibers. It provides a good nut taste. It is easy to implement and makes it possible to offer a fresh bread that keeps well. *In accordance with European regulation No. CE828/2018 which limits the gluten content of the finished product to less than 20 ppm. The designation 'gluten-free product' is the responsibility of the producer of the finished products sold to the final consumer.
