World Burger Contest

For the second edition of the World burger Contest, 14 finalists from all over France will compete in front of a jury composed of top-level professional. The burger will be judged on the following criteria: - Use fresh products exclusively - Use a majority of products from the Region - Optimise waste management WORLD BURGER CONTEST PHILOSOPHY: Prefer simple burgers simples, prepared perfectly using top quality ingredients. Master cooking, delicate seasoning… and elegant presentation. All these little details are essential! Simple enough... or is it? The aim is to promote excellence in know-how and skills, and also to highlight the experience of real professionals of "field to plate".
