Gluten free Magic Mix was designed by Franck BELLETON, Master Artisan Pastry Chef, who became celiac in his forties. His desire to rediscover "the taste of good bread" led him, after years of research, to design the GLUTEN FREE MAGIC MIX, a gluten-free mix whose specific composition makes it possible to make all sweet and savory gluten free preparations , with a result close to conventional. Recipes intended for professionals and others for individuals, allow with a single Mix, the manufacture of bread, viennoiseries, pastries, pizzas, fresh pasta with delicious and exceptional textures as a result.
