Our cannery celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2024.
On this occasion, the Maison Perard has chosen to continue its development by evolving its know-how.
Since May 2024, we have been offering 4 rillettes recipes, handmade in our workshop in Le Touquet.
In addition to the guarantee of a local, artisanal manufacture within our workshop, we guarantee 100% natural recipes, without preservatives, without additives, with local supplies of fish and salicornia.
The sardine rillette is deliciously spiced with Espelette chili and semi-dried tomato.
The Rillette de Maquereaux is decorated with finely chiseled salicornia. The salicornia is locally sourced, picked by fishermen on foot from Le Touquet to Crotoy. Its peppery taste is already a success.
The Haddock rillette is the freshest of mint, chives and granny apples that give a melting texture.
The salmon rillette with lemon confit remains a traditional recipe rich in fish that brings satisfaction to customers who prefer the traditional.
