In 1964, Serge Perard got the idea to create a tasty fish soup with spices and aromates such as saffron. Then he developped the lobster bisque. Uniting quality, taste, terroir and know-how, this recipe is a mix of softness and flavours. Deliciously velvety, this dish is now a must-have in our product range and is very much appreciated in France but also internationally ! Restaurants propose it "à la carte" but it is also often used as a culinary aid. Our lobster bisque is one of the most popular and best-selling recipes in fish shops and in the world ! This recipe is available in the following formats: _ Glass jar of 780g or 390g _ 1 or 3 liters recyclable bags with cap resealable Our recipe is composed of 25% of lobster, guaranteed with MSC certification and fished in the North West Atlantic.

On this occasion, R&D work and investments in human and machinery have allowed the development of a new product range: rillettes de la mer. Our product catalogue ranges from soups, salicorne to sauces and rillettes all 100% handmade and local in our workshop in Le Touquet. We also offer a complementary range of groceries, croutons, Guérande salts, organic and local handmade pasta that are packaged at the Maison Perard. Our development is regional, national and international. We know how to adapt our packaging according to the customer, whether it is fishmonger, grocer, restaurant, large surface... which allows us a wide proposal direct or to wholesalers partners.
