Thanks to our historical expertise and increased demands for over 175 years, we offer gastronomic products that meet the main societal expectations: French and sustainable! Our range is thus aimed at all committed and passionate restaurateurs!
Our membership in the Maïsadour cooperative allows us to control all the links in the chain. Our ducks are born, raised, and processed in France. They are fed with 100% French and GMO-free cereals. They are free to access outdoor areas designed for their comfort from a young age. Finally, our products are made in our workshops, in the South West or in Vendée.
Awarded the committed CSR label, confirmed level, we strive to reduce our environmental footprint (monitoring water consumption, green energy, eco-designed packaging…), and we are proud of it!
