Speed'olma flakes are designed for the preparation of freeze-dried soup, yeast dough, short cust pastry, brioche, pizzas,... They do not stick and disperse easily, making dosage easier. Additionally, they melt quickly, significantly reducing the time required for dough kneading. The composition, color, and flavoring are customizable options.
