Our Rillettes de Maquereaux with French samphires are home-made cooked, in our canning factory in Le Touquet. All our recipes are guaranted free from preservatives and artificials colourings for natural and anthentical taste.

Fish is locally supplied : directly from Boulogne-sur-Mer. Samphire is harvested by pickers from Baie de Canche, d’Authie and Somme. Wa have developped a recipe full of maquerel, from preservatives and artificials colourings. Our knowledge for steilization makes us able to keep the product at room temperature, while keeping its taste quality. Our canning factory turned 60 years-old in 2024 : for the occasion, R&D work and purchasing of specific devices made us able to develop a brand new range of products, gathering taste, savoir-faire and raw materials quality to get 100 grams of pleasure !

The Red Label on our fish soups rewards this daily work and underlines the commitments made to our partners, the fishermen of the port of Boulogne-BeaumontOn-sea to producers of pistil of saffron in Iran through the pickers of Salicornes of the Bay of Somme. Committed to the values that have made the Maison Perard famous, we wish to perpetuate local know-how and make you better know our range. In 2024, our cannery celebrated its 60 years of artisanal know-how. On this occasion, R&D work and investments in human and machinery have allowed the development of a new product range: rillettes de la mer. Our product catalogue ranges from soups, salicorne to sauces and rillettes all 100% handmade and local in our workshop in Le Touquet. We also offer a complementary range of groceries, croutons, Guérande salts, organic and local handmade pasta that are packaged at the Maison Perard. Our development is regional, national and international. We know how to adapt our packaging according to the customer, whether it is fishmonger, grocer, restaurant, large surface... which allows us a wide proposal direct or to wholesalers partners.
