Information

SAMPHIRE, seasonal plant, harvested from June to August, which grows on soils rich in sea salt (sodium chloride). It consists of cylindrical branches that appear to be articulated and end in a fertile cob. Tender shoots that are carefully selected by the fishermen on foot, partners of the Maison Perard, in Baie de Canche, Bay of L'Authie and Bay of Somme. Our branches are enjoyed in salads and hors d'oeuvres. To preserve their flavor and texture, we offer them in marinade. After rinsing, they can be cooked like a green bean, as an omelette... We offer them in glass jar of 150g or 300g net drained but also for the restaurant and community in buckets of 3 or 12 kgs.

In 2024, our cannery celebrated its 60 years of artisanal know-how. On this occasion, R&D work and investments in human and machinery have allowed the development of a new product range: rillettes de la mer. Our product catalogue ranges from soups, salicorne to sauces and rillettes all 100% handmade and local in our workshop in Le Touquet. We also offer a complementary range of groceries, croutons, Guérande salts, organic and local handmade pasta that are packaged at the Maison Perard. Our development is regional, national and international. We know how to adapt our packaging according to the customer, whether it is fishmonger, grocer, restaurant, large surface... which allows us a wide proposal direct or to wholesalers partners.
