La Maison Perard is a family business founded in 1964 by Mr Serge Perard in Le Touquet.
Team composed of passionate women and men, we manufacture a range of quality seafood products by perpetuating artisanal know-how and by favoring local sourcing.
In 2023, the Maison Perard decided to continue its development by proposing a new soup recipe based on our artisanal know-how.
A work R&D has allowed to develop a tasty recipe, this is how La Bisque de Langoustines with cognac combines strength and subtlety to bring a tasting of quality!
It is consumed hot in a glass, as an appetizer or for dinner.
This bisque can also be used to make a sauce for fish!
Artisanal production in Le Touquet, we market the lobster bisque with cognac in glass jar 780g and 390g.
