In 1964, Serge Perard got the idea to create a tasty fish soup with spices and herbs such as saffron.
Noting the success of fish soup and lobster bisque, he decided to develop a new recipe !
Uniting quality, taste, terroir and know-how, this is how crab soup was born !
Since then, it has become and still remains a must-have velouté of our range and is mainly sold in France.
Restaurants offer it "à la carte" but it can also be used as a culinary aid.
This recipe registers important sales in fishmongers!

This soup is made with 20% of crab, fished in the North East Atlantic.
