Our super special L’Etoile oyster is characterized by a firm and very abundant flesh. L’Etoile is very crunchy and sweet. Its foot is exceptionally very wide, a smell close to nori seaweed emerges from L’Étoile when it is opened, the color of the flesh is close to the color of gold. Unique !
