Bas'atout is a ready-to-use cooking base of French pulses, designed for foodservice professionals. Minimally processed and clean-labeled, it can be adapted to savory and sweet recipes, from appetizers to desserts, and meets the needs of a wide range of diets. Easily add pulses to all your preparations: as a vegetarian alternative, in pastries, or as a side dish. Vacuum-packed and sterilized, Bas'atout can be stored for up to a year at room temperature. Available in two sizes (2 and 5 kg), it is well suited to on-site and central kitchen operations.
