First soup recipe developed by the team Maison Perard outside of the essential recipes of Serge Perard. We wanted to preserve the values and know-how of Maison Perard while bringing renewal.

Recipe from an R&D work including our know-how and the values of French gastronomy. The bet was to find the taste of the typical dish of the mussel but in velvety .... It was therefore necessary to work on the agreement of mussels, spices, wine... in order to remain as close as possible to an authentic version of a very popular dish from the North! We chose to cook only from French mussels, and to decorate with chili d'Espelette.

The Red Label on our fish soups rewards this daily work and underlines the commitments made to our partners, the fishermen of the port of Boulogne-BeaumontOn-sea to producers of pistil of saffron in Iran through the pickers of Salicornes of the Bay of Somme. Committed to the values that have made the Maison Perard famous, we wish to perpetuate local know-how and make you better know our range. In 2024, our cannery celebrated its 60 years of artisanal know-how. On this occasion, R&D work and investments in human and machinery have allowed the development of a new product range: rillettes de la mer. Our product catalogue ranges from soups, salicorne to sauces and rillettes all 100% handmade and local in our workshop in Le Touquet. We also offer a complementary range of groceries, croutons, Guérande salts, organic and local handmade pasta that are packaged at the Maison Perard. Our development is regional, national and international. We know how to adapt our packaging according to the customer, whether it is fishmonger, grocer, restaurant, large surface... which allows us a wide proposal direct or to wholesalers partners.
