The rillette de Sardine with tomato is deliciously spiced with Espelette pepper. It is cooked in our workshop of the Touquet.
Our recipes are made without dyes and preservatives for authentic and natural flavors.

The fish supplies are as close as possible, live from Capécure to Boulogne-sur-Mer.
We have chosen to use the chilli d'Espelette to preserve the French culinary heritage. The delicate combination of chili/sardine/tomato flavours is a real success.
We developed a recipe rich in sardine, without dyes, preservatives or artificial flavors.
Our know-how in sterilization allows to preserve the glasses at room temperature, while preserving their taste qualities.
Our cannery celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2024. on this occasion, the R&D work and the purchase of adapted machines made it possible to develop a new range of products, combining taste, know-how, quality raw materials for 100 grams of pleasure to taste.
