The rillette de Sardine with tomato is deliciously spiced with Espelette pepper. It is cooked in our workshop of the Touquet. Our recipes are made without dyes and preservatives for authentic and natural flavors.

The fish supplies are as close as possible, live from Capécure to Boulogne-sur-Mer. We have chosen to use the chilli d'Espelette to preserve the French culinary heritage. The delicate combination of chili/sardine/tomato flavours is a real success. We developed a recipe rich in sardine, without dyes, preservatives or artificial flavors. Our know-how in sterilization allows to preserve the glasses at room temperature, while preserving their taste qualities. Our cannery celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2024. on this occasion, the R&D work and the purchase of adapted machines made it possible to develop a new range of products, combining taste, know-how, quality raw materials for 100 grams of pleasure to taste.

Committed to the values that have made the Maison Perard famous, we wish to perpetuate local know-how and make you better know our range. In 2024, our cannery celebrated its 60 years of artisanal know-how. On this occasion, R&D work and investments in human and machinery have allowed the development of a new product range: rillettes de la mer. Our product catalogue ranges from soups, salicorne to sauces and rillettes all 100% handmade and local in our workshop in Le Touquet. We also offer a complementary range of groceries, croutons, Guérande salts, organic and local handmade pasta that are packaged at the Maison Perard. Our development is regional, national and international. We know how to adapt our packaging according to the customer, whether it is fishmonger, grocer, restaurant, large surface... which allows us a wide proposal direct or to wholesalers partners.
