Recognized worldwide as one of the best beef, Angus meat is characterized by a rich marbling. This marbling gives extraordinary tenderness, juiciness and flavour to the beef.
While “T-bone” refers to bone-in steaks, whether they have a small or large portion of tenderloin, “Porterhouse” refers only to bone-in steaks that have a tenderloin wider than 1.25 inches.
Our standard box contains 2 Porterhouse Steaks from purebred and extensively-farmed American Black Angus.
Each portion is individually vacuum packed and fast-frozen in order to preserve all the organoleptic properties of the meat.
