Born from the meeting of two old milling families, the company Agugiaro& Figna Molini, Italian leader in the milling of soft wheat, is a specialist in the production of very high-quality flours and blends. “Le Sinfonie” is the brand dedicated to Pastry: it offers a full range of the finest Italian quality wheat flours, created to achieve precise and safe results over time and to best meet the needs of all kinds of working processes related to the baking and pastry art.
The milling process involves careful selection of wheat from the best crops in Italy and around the world, selected according to variety, protein quality and organoleptic characteristics, as well as the quality of the crop years. The care for the entire production chain, the relationships established with the agricultural world, the different controls on the quality of the blends obtained, the use of energy coming only from renewable sources for the milling processes, they all contribute to the unique value of Le Sinfonie flours by Agugiaro & Figna Molini.
The company operates in 96 countries worldwide, with a distribution network historically established through the "Le 5 Stagioni" brand for pizza. Additionally, they are actively involved in several schools and international collaborations. They are the main sponsor of the Accademia dei Maestri del Lievito Madre (Academy of Natural Yeast Masters), their school in Bologna, and their project "Panettone World Championship" 2023 and 2025, the only international Panettone Championship under the patronage of the Italian Ministry, organized in collaboration with Host Milano Fiera and Polin Group.
