Acetomodena comes from a family tradition dating back over one hundred years, that of the Vecchi family. Immersed in the countryside of Modena, situated next to our own vineyards is our new vinegar farmhouse, a reality that brings together in the same location two distinct elements: the desire to project towards the future and a family tradition rooted in the Modenese tradition.
