Pommery Brut Apanage takes up the great characteristics of liveliness, freshness and finesse of Maison Pommery.
Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier are secretly blended by the Cellar Master. 17 crus are selected, among the finest in the Pommery palette.
The presence of Chardonnay is still affirmed.
The aging lasts for 48 months in order to slowly allow the subtlety and finesse of the wine to emerge.
The dosage is slightly reduced.
