Thermoformed moulds

PCB Création offers a wide range of thermoformed solutions to create printed or classic volume moulds: • Thermoformed moulds for chocolate mouldings • Structured sheets for chocolate sweets or entremets • Thermoformed blisters for chocolate plaques and decorations • Moulds for desserts, individual desserts, roulades etc. What else? We have redesigned our thermoformed products: They were previously designed in PVC. However, only 5% of PVC is currently recycled in Europe. So, the time had come to concentrate our efforts on replacing it. We chose to replace it with PET, a 100% recyclable material that reduces our carbon footprint and limits energy consumption, while guaranteeing the same characteristics as PVC.
