The SPI 53-63 fixed bowl spiral mixers are a historical range of the VMI brand. A new "Snacking" version of the SPI 63 RM mixer is now available, to meet the growing demand for recipes diversification in bakeries and professional kitchens. This new mixer is delivered with its own specific equipment:
- Bowl scraper
- Bowl plug
- 3 tools: spiral, paddle, whip
- Quick release tool mechanism
The SPI 63 RM Snacking mixer can be used to make dough for traditional and special breads, but also pastries, Viennese pastries and biscuits. The mixer is equipped with an automatic lifting head, unique on the market, facilitating the emptying and cleaning of the bowl. Its digital dashboard is easy to handle, with 2 speeds and a mixing time programming system. The SPI 63 RM Snacking can be equipped with a castors kit to make it easier to move around (optional accessory). The shape of the spiral has been optimized for a better dough penetration and better kneading.
