La Vie™ plant-based finely sliced bacon gives the opportunity to cook 100% vegan and outstanding versions of classic recipes such as sandwiches, wraps, burgers, hot dogs
Salades etc. The vegetable fat technology, developed and patented by the La Vie™ teams gives this bacon a unique and elegant taste. When cooking, their product crackles and offers a texture that is both soft and crispy in the mouth. Sold pre-cooked and frozen, in 300g packages, this product is easy to use. To cook the plant-based bacon and make it even crispier, simply put it on the plancha, in the frying pan, but also and without the need for extraction; in the oven, the grill, and the Merrychef! It will be available from June 2021.
Cooking method: 2min on each side in a pan at high heat, with or without fat. 2min in the microwaves works as well!
