Shavings

Shavings are used in multiple ways. For example to cover the sides of the a cake, like you often see blossoms / curls are used for too. But you can also use it as single, stand-alone decoration on top of a dessert. Our shavings are a bit more 'rolled' which allows you to play around with it as decorations, rather than 'covering'. We offer standard dark, white and milk chocolate. Standard packaging is 2,5kg bag-in-box but if you're a more industrial user, we could look at different pack sizes too.
