Halfway between Narbonne and Carcassonne, the estate is endowed with vines lost on the Causse de Minerve. The vines are located at an altitude of 350 metres, on clay-limestone soils that give balance to the wines.
An estate in constant pursuit of quality: an organic certification obtained in 2018 and very careful work in the vineyard make this estate a nugget in Minervois.
From the bicycle to the vineyard: Michel and Xavier have been cycling through the vineyards of France for more than 20 years, and they realised that they should not only travel through the vineyards, but also create their own estate.
Thus, the domaine Les Combes Cachées was born in 2015 with its first vintage: an adventure guided by passion and friendship.
