Located in the Côte des Bar region, the Domaine Alexandre Bonnet offers champagnes from the most prized cru: Les Riceys.
The terroir of Les Riceys benefits from a very particular geology in Champagne, formed in the Kimmeridgian, at the time of the Upper Jurassic, strongly reminding the region of the Grands Crus of Chablis, in Burgundy. The subsoil is essentially made up of marly limestone or clay-limestone, whose composition favours not only the elegance and the formation of aromas, but also the generosity of the fruit in the wine.
The Domaine Alexandre Bonnet produces some of the most prized wines of the Côte des Bar: between the Blanc de Blancs, the Blanc de Noirs and the Rosé champagne, you are bound to find a Riceys to suit you.
