In partnership with Hectar and the pilot dairy farm Les Godets, which reconciles economic and environmental issues while improving the livelihoods of farmers, Transgourmet has launched an exclusive new range of five organic yogurts. The recipes for this range of yoghurts were developed with Marc Galais, head of Transgourmet France's culinary division, and Camille Vergnes, a cheesemaker at the Godets farm. Produced from the milk of a herd of 60 Normandy cows fed on grass all year round, according to the principle of dynamic rotational grazing, these organic yoghurts have a creamy texture, although not very fatty. As tasty as a cream dessert, firm and without acidity, our yoghurts are available in a plain version or flavoured with an organic fruit puree with strawberry, cherry, lemon or peach.
