Creating a better-tasting world is the ambition of the partnership between Transgourmet and Nadia Sammut, a passionate and committed star chef. As the exclusive distributor of the Kom&Sal range throughout France, Transgourmet offers its customers the opportunity to add these differentiating products to their menus. The flours, breads and biscuits that make up the range are committed products, made in Provence, organic, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free. The breads are packaged in individual heat-resistant paper bags to avoid any risk of cross-contamination. Nadia Sammut works with living materials, uses her own granite mill, chooses the grind and bakes the bread herself, which gives her breads a distinctive and unique taste. Transgourmet and Nadia Sammut share this desire to offer quality products, but also to train and raise awareness of new ways of working and cooking.
