DRY GIN XII

Gin XII is distilled by hand from 12 plants and spices in a tray still to obtain subtle aromatic palettes. After winning a gold medal in 2021 at the Beverage Testing Institute USA, Gin XII was awarded a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris in March 2022! The recipe for Gin XII is the result of a long process of research and reflection. The choice of the plants that accompany the juniper, as well as the exact proportion of each one, is the result of a simple idea: to obtain a dry Gin with a rich and authentic taste. Gin XII is 12 plants and spices to express the character, the typicity and the aromatic intensity of a walk in the scrubland!
