Farigoule is a liqueur made from infusion and alcoholate of wild thyme (Thymus vulgaris), sugar syrup, caramel, sugar and alcohol. DIGESTIVE LIQUEUR WITH THE SCENT OF THYME The Farigoule (which means thyme in Provence) is a digestive liqueur from Haute-Provence and is the very spirit of the scents of Provence. The digestive virtues of thyme allow the meal to end on a light, fragrant and sweet note. - Farigoule is an authentic and original product that can be served as a digestive, iced. - It can also be enjoyed in a cup of coffee at the end of a meal. - It can also be used in cooking on a grilled chicken, or to enhance the flavours of a pan-fried prawn flambé, or as a deglazing for a sauce accompanying rabbit. Our advice: Enjoy Farigoule in a "Provençal" hole on a lemon or thyme sorbet.
