The consumption trend among diners is increasingly moving towards a flexitarian diet, which involves a greater consumption of vegetarian products and a reduction in the weekly consumption of meat and fish. With the Plant-based concept, Transgourmet makes it easier to identify the 6,000 raw and processed products that can be used in a vegetarian or vegan menu.
