With the Plant-based concept, Transgourmet makes it easier to identify the 6,000 raw and processed products that can be used in a vegetarian or vegan menu.
In addition to the thousands of products in the Plant-based range, Transgourmet has produced a selection of 600 products that it offers in a dedicated catalogue: products that can be used in vegetarian or vegan recipes.
This selection includes alternative products to animal protein, prepared dishes, legumes, dried fruit and cereal-based products, cheeses without animal rennet, etc.
