Valfleuri durum wheat pasta from farms with High Environmental Value is available in 3 bulk 5 kg references, combining tradition and specialty: Spaghetti, Torsade and Radiatori.
This pasta adapted to the taste of the French consumers, has a relatively short cooking time and is an alternative to Italian pasta without eggs. This new range of durum wheat pasta, grown on French farms with High Environmental Value, corresponds to the new aspirations of consumers looking for local products that respect the environment.
The HVE label meets the requirements of the EGALIM law. It is managed and certified by the French Ministry of Agriculture. It distinguishes farms engaged in particularly environmentally friendly approaches. It is reserved for farms that have reached the highest level of certification, level 3, and guarantees in particular that the durum wheat comes from a crop that uses as little fertilizer, pesticides and water as possible.
Valfleuri “HVE label” pasta is a new way to indulge yourself, while consuming locally and contributing to respect for the environment.
