For 100 years now, Valfleuri has perpetuated the tradition of Alsatian pasta with 7 fresh eggs. Our traditional Alsatian pasta is recommended by "Les Chefs d'Alsace" for its exceptional taste, comparable to the best fresh homemade pasta. All our Pâtes d'Alsace are rich in eggs, from free-range hens. Our fresh eggs and durum wheat come exclusively from French soil. The traditional manufacturing method gives them a sweet flavor and a pretty creamy yellow color. Valfleuri old-fashioned Alsatian pasta is available in a wide range of 9 bulk 3 kg references. The Nüdle have an incomparable taste quality! The dough is kneaded, rolled and cut into strips, before being dried for a long time at low temperature. They are available in several widths; 2mm, 5mm and 10mm. Authentic and tasty, these are our favorites! The Corolle, Toupie, Ondine, Spirale and Rigatoni are made with a traditional bronze mold which gives them a lightly floured rustic appearance. Old-fashioned Spätzle Valfleuri are made as in the past from a semi-liquid paste, rich in fresh eggs. This paste passes through small holes to form cords of thick and irregular paste, which are seized in boiling water before being dried for a long time. Their original shape lends itself to all kinds of culinary creations: It excels in gratins or browned in a frying pan in fresh butter.
