The Philippe WAGNER PGI Montbéliard sausage is handmade and slowly smoked over softwood. Once cooked, its texture is firm and juicy. Its nitrite-free recipe and natural smoking give it its special colour. Indeed, once cooked, you will be able to discover its beautiful amber colour, slightly golden. Its flesh, with a nice grain, is less pink and much paler than sausages containing nitrites. A guarantee of quality, naturalness and flavour, with delicate notes of spices for all your dishes !
