A new mini format: A concentrate of flavours from our Franc-Comtois region !
The Philippe WAGNER PGI Montbéliard sausage is made according to our traditional recipe, embossed by hand and then slowly smoked over resinous wood.
Its recipe without added nitrite and its natural smoking give it its special colour, a beautiful amber and slightly golden colour. Its flesh, with a nice grain, is less pink and much paler than sausages containing nitrites. A guarantee of quality, naturalness and flavour, with delicate notes of spices for all your dishes!
Offered in pairs as usual, Montbéliard sausages will easily enhance your stews, sauerkrauts, cheese and potato plates, soups and salads.
