A gluten-free and nutritious alternative to wheat flour! Gluten-free, almond flour is also very interesting from a nutritional point of view: rich in protein (33% of NRV), source of fiber, and a limited content of carbohydrates and lipids. Its many nutritional benefits make it an ideal ingredient to replace conventional flour, in keto (low carbohydrate), gluten-free or vegetarian diets. Made from the Guara almond variety, with a typically Mediterranean flavor, our organic almond flour brings an aromatic richness to preparations. To be used in bread-making, pastry or sports nutrition, this flour is suitable for both savory (pizza, bread, etc.) and sweet (pastries, pancakes, etc.) uses. Partially defatted, it absorbs more liquid, so it is advisable to increase the liquid in your preparations by 10%. Simply shelled, dried and then pressed, our almonds are transformed into partially defatted cakes. The residue is then dried and then finely ground. Manufactured and packaged on site, in Spain, our almond flour contributes to locally promoting all of the almond production of our partner producers by using almonds discarded from the food market (sizes too small, scratches, etc.), a way to reduce food waste while offering new outlets to our 800 partner producers.
