Our fresh “Mazafati” dates are produced in oases in the southwest of Iran. An ancestral agricultural practice, linked to a unique micro-climate, allows these dates to be harvested at semi-maturity. They have a soft and creamy flesh with an exceptional caramelized flavor. Placed in the refrigerator, they are even more delicious to eat frozen.
