Made from green bananas peeled and dried before being crushed, this flour is a unique alternative to gluten-free flours. Organic Agriculture, Ecuadorian origin. Allergen free: made from 100% green bananas. Great sifting finesse and conservation of the nutritional properties of the banana. Can be used pure without being mixed with other flours, in all sweet pastry preparations, but also in baking or cooking, in all savory preparations. Light texture: adds softness and bouncy when cooking. Cold: its binding and thickening properties make it an interesting ingredient for all preparations, from the most classic to the most specialized. Neutral: It has a very faint banana scent which disappears on cooking and becomes undetectable in cold use.
