In concrete terms, our subscription-based software allows companies to carry out their carbon assessment, to analyze in detail the sources of carbon emissions that correspond to their various activities or operational sites, and also to implement and monitor an action plan to reduce emissions. The FEB x Traace collaboration has allowed the standardization of the carbon monitoring within the bakery profession, by defining a standard for measuring the emissions of typical bakeries (scope 1, 2 & 3), by elaborating a catalog of actions for carbon emissions reduction, and by simplifying the monitoring of carbon emissions through an easy visualization of the emissions of a bakery and a duplication of the format of the past year to achieve the following measures in autonomy. Furthermore, we have put forward the access for bakeries to the governmental aid "Tremplin pour la transition écologique des PME", which allows them to receive a subsidy for their transition projects up to 80% (from 5000€).
