THE WATERCUT LX IS A SIMPLE, RELIABLE AND VERSATILE MACHINE._x000D_
We can reach high production rates with it and unleash our creativity by designing customized shapes. It’s been used by small pastry business and big retail suppliers. The operator can be working on other tasks while the machine is running. The machine works with a continuous single jet that allows to cut cakes or chocolate. Optionally, an ON/OFF valve can be added to stop the jet at high-pressure and cut holes for decorations.
