We have been designers and manufacturers of stone mills for two generations.
This year, we are launching a new range called MELIA composed of 3 mills with a hybrid and vigorous design combining the codes of tradition and modernity.
An eco-design imbued with the alliance of local know-how and the harmonious blend of carefully selected materials: stainless steel, wood and stone.
4 patents have already been filed.
This new range has been specially designed for Bakers and Cooks to enable them to master the tool which will enhance their know-how. This while having a positive impact on the environment, their business and people (users and consumers). Each of these three aspects has been thought through and guided in the conduct of the design of these products.
Today the use of a mill is a matter of real know-how and experience in working the grains. As with a Baker or a Cook preparing his recipe, there is a part of feeling and perception for the adjustments and the finish which will characterize the unique taste given by the craftsman.
Thanks to this technical innovation, “the miller's hand” is thus made available to everyone. Ergonomics and simple parameters have been designed to make the grinding wheels and their settings accessible. They thus make it possible to obtain quantified, repeatable but above all qualitative measurements!
These new virtuous flour mills are thus intended to be highlighted and in the sight of all in order to enhance the cycle of artisans of taste.
