Fermenson Gold is a liquid poolish reconstituted by bakers for bakers.
Incorporating it into your recipes for buns, brioches and Viennese breads will give your products a rich, silky crumb and a softness that lasts!
This ferment also allows you to significantly reduce the salt content of your finished products (25% less salt).
Fermenson can be stored at room temperature for up to 6 months after opening.
