The bread baking diploma is split into 2 levels: Basic and Advanced. The objectives of this programme are to master the main techniques used in artisanal bread baking, to learn how to organize production, to work as part of a team in a bakery and to discover a range of traditional and modern recipes. This programme welcomes those who want to learn key bread baking theory and practical skills and/or want to work as an employee or artisan baker. it is also for those who have just completed secondary school studies (baccalaureate or equivalent) and those envisaging a change of career to the bread baking sector. The same programme is also available in intensive sessions.
