A modular deck oven that adapts to the size of the bakery, while still being economical. New at the show is the M4 Shop version of the Soleo EVO modular deck oven. Available with bakery or pastry openings, this oven completes the range with the special feature of being deeper than it is wide, to fit into tight spaces. In addition, its Sensitiv'2 touch control makes it easy to use and ensures efficient energy management. Its "Delayed baking" function lets you define the precise minute at which a level must be at temperature to start the programmed recipe. Unnecessary start-ups are thus avoided, thanks to fine-tuned energy management day by day and floor by floor. Its "Energy Saving" function automatically puts the levels on standby when they are not in use, to avoid unnecessary consumption.
